To complete the stimulation preparations, Nurse Trundle attached a clip to each of Britney’s swollen nipples. Each clip was connected to a chain that Nurse Trundle could lift and pull on to stimulate Britney’s breasts. The clips were to simulate a baby’s sucking but they didn’t allow milk to escape because of the compression.
